About us

SELART Buenos Aires International Business School is part of the SELART International Education and Research Group (SIERG), a network of universities, business schools, academies and research institutions across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. Together we offer international programmes, general mobility and strong partnerships with institutions around the world.

Why this role matters

As General Director, you will launch our Buenos Aires campus and lead it as its first executive. You will set the strategy, build the team, open the market and turn an international vision into a leading business school in Argentina.

What you will do

* Strategy and launch: define and execute the business plan, positioning and growth roadmap for Buenos Aires and the wider Latin American market.

* Setup and compliance: lead the campus setup with our legal and Group teams, and ensure the school meets Argentine registration, regulatory and quality requirements.

* Business performance: own the P&L;, budget and commercial targets, with clear goals for enrolment, revenue and sustainability.

* Leadership team: recruit and lead the academic, commercial and operations teams that will run the campus.

* Partnerships: build alliances with universities, schools, companies, chambers of commerce and public institutions in Argentina and across Latin America, and connect them to the SELART network.

* Brand and growth:



position SELART Buenos Aires as a reference for international business education, and drive student and corporate recruitment locally and internationally.

* Group leadership: report to Group leadership and work closely with our campuses in Europe on shared programmes and mobility.

What you bring

* A Master’s degree, MBA or PhD.

* 5+ years of senior management experience, ideally as General Director, CEO, or Country Manager, with full P&L; responsibility.

* A track record of launching or scaling an organisation, ideally in education or professional services.

* Knowledge of the education sector and regulatory environment in Argentina.

* A strong network in Argentina’s business and academic communities.

* Native or fluent Spanish and fluent English.

* A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the energy to build and the discipline to deliver.
