Tidal is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager to own daily procurement, inventory, and logistics for a growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand. You will collaborate with founders, manage suppliers and 3PL partners, and take over Claude-powered operations to optimize back-end workflows. The role requires strong English, remote work discipline, and the ability to hold vendors accountable while meeting delivery plans.
This is a full-time independent contractor position with ~40 hours/week.
