ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver production software across .NET, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first engineering workflow.
MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
- Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set, first priority.
- Django/Python as a secondary skill set, second priority.
- React, Kafka, GraphQL, SQL or MongoDB, and build/deploy experience.
- Senior-level engineer with ownership across multiple projects.
NICE TO HAVES
- Product Manager experience working with GTM teams and engineers to help with prioritization.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf).
- Ability to work independently and autonomously with initiative and ownership.
- Strong communication, ambition, and data-driven troubleshooting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Analyze and resolve production issues for high-traffic products.
- Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet SLAs.
- Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradations.
- Support architecture changes and system integrations that may impact events.
- Maintain and update event logic in response to dependencies.
- Onboard and mentor team members as needed.
