Blacksmith Agency seeks a Design Systems Designer to shape how client design systems are built for US-based brands. You will transform brands and reference sites into token architectures, semantic naming, and scalable components.
You’ll own token architecture in Figma, ship reusable libraries across clients, document the system for automation, and collaborate with multiple brands while maintaining rigorous consistency and clarity across every release.
