Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a repeatable build pipeline.
Idóneo candidates have 4+ years of web design experience with real design system work, fluent Figma usage, and a portfolio showing cross-client rigor. This is a full-time remote role serving US clients from a Latin America locale.
