MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group busca un/a Consultor/a SAP Funcional (Especialista, Senior o Semi Senior) para sumarse a un servicio AMS de largo plazo sobre SAP S/4HANA en una compañía líder del sector energético / Oil & Gas.

El rol se integra al servicio con foco en los módulos funcionales de una compañía integrada de energía, del upstream a la comercialización.

EL DESAFÍO

Una compañía integrada de Oil & Gas opera en SAP toda su cadena: exploración y producción en asociación con terceros, mantenimiento de activos críticos, logística, comercialización y finanzas corporativas.

Buscamos consultores funcionales sólidos en esos procesos para sumarse a células ágiles que sostienen la operación diaria y los evolutivos sobre SAP S/4HANA.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

- Especialista: liderar funcionalmente el módulo y resolver necesidades complejas del negocio.
- Senior: realizar el diseño funcional y definir la solución.
- Semi Senior: brindar soporte funcional y configurar el módulo.
- Resolver incidentes y evolutivos dentro de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio.
- Acompañar pruebas integrales y de aceptación (UAT) y documentar las soluciones.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

- Experiencia comprobable en al menos uno de estos módulos (indicá en tu postulación el principal):
- Finanzas: FI, CO, FSCM, TRM (Tesorería), JVA (Joint Venture Accounting), RE-FX, Activos Fijos.
- Upstream: PRA / Upstream Hydrocarbon Accounting (contabilidad de producción, regalías y liquidación a socios).
- Logística y comercialización: MM, IM / EWM, SD, IS-Oil Downstream (HPM / conversión de cantidades), Ariba.
- Activos y producción: PM / EAM, PS, PP-PI, QM.
- Seguridad y ambiente: EHS.

- Especialista: más de 8 años en el módulo y al menos 6 proyectos, de los cuales al menos 2 como especialista.
- Senior: más de 6 años en el módulo y al menos 4 proyectos, de los cuales al menos 2 como Senior.
- Semi Senior: más de 3 años en el módulo y al menos 2 proyectos.

CONOCIMIENTOS DESEABLES

- Experiencia en SAP S/4HANA y en servicios AMS.
- Experiencia con SAP Activate.
- Experiencia previa en la industria Oil & Gas, energía o minería.

As an SAP CO RAR Senior Consultant 3, you will play a pivotal role in transforming financial operations through the implementation and optimization of SAP RAR solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing revenue accounting processes,



ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and providing expert guidance on revenue and cost-related matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance financial reporting accuracy.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of and SAP RAR, along with a solid grasp of revenue accounting principles. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Your analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly will be essential in driving successful project outcomes.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
- 7+ Years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP CO and RAR preferably with Global client
- Specialization in configuring and implementing SAP RAR ( or S/4HANA) to comply with IFRS 15/ASC 606 standards
- Managed performance obligations (POBs), contract management, and integration with SD/FI/CO modules
- Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology and how it interacts with the application lifecycle management principles
- Proven track record of successfully driving solutions in a complex, multi-platform environment
- Extensive in client management working with various regions in a global setting
- Depth of experience in setting up, growing, transforming, and delivering application management teams
- Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Strong client management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and make data driven decisions
- Responsible for providing support SAP CO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Support incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions.
- Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
- Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.
- Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.
- Cross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model.
- Defect resolution and defect analysis related to CO.




- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross functional team environment.
- Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements

Ideally, you’ll also have:

- Integration knowledge RAR with SAP SD, CO, and SAP BRIM, utilizing BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) for complex rules.
- Expertise is reporting options in RAR and worked on Functional Specification for custom RICEF objects
- including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (PC), Cost Object Controlling (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Project System (PS) integration, Results Analysis (RA), Overhead Assessment and Distribution, Settlements, Unsettled Costs analysis, Cost Allocations, Planning and Budgeting, Month-End and Year-End Closing activities, Variance Analysis, Management Reporting, and Controlling process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of CO integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD, HR, PP and PM.
- SAP Certification in SAP CO

What you will do:

- Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist
- Lead and mentor the entire CO team fostering culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
- Lead and Coordinate the Resolution of Complex Technical issues and System Outages including root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP CO solutions and designs.
- Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts.
- Mentor and train junior SAP CO Team Members, sharing best practices and providing guidance on issues and troubleshooting techniques.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.
- Available to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client (AUSTRALIA, ASIA, Europe and AMERICAS hours)
