Camunda is seeking a Senior Compensation Operations Manager to own the design, implementation, and governance of our enterprise sales compensation program. This senior individual contributor role partners with GTM Leadership, Finance, and People Operations to attract talent, drive behaviors, and align with business objectives across multiple geographies.
You will manage end-to-end program lifecycle—from design through implementation, compliance, analytics, and continuous improvement—across
