This fully remote role targets LATAM-based candidates and requires availability during U.S. East Coast business hours.You will troubleshoot deployments and infrastructure, reproduce customer environments, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve issues.
Onboarding includes training and internal certification.
