Tether is seeking an AI Research Engineer to advance kernel-level and inference optimization for cutting-edge AI systems.
You will design and deploy low-latency, memory-efficient model serving pipelines across edge devices and cloud environments.You will work on multi-modal models, validate performance with rigorous benchmarks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship scalable solutions.
A CS degree or PhD in NLP/ML is preferred and experience with GPU/MSL is required.
