Proofpoint is seeking a highly technical Tier 2/3 Technical Support Engineer for our AI vision platform running on Kubernetes, supporting enterprise customers globally.
This fully remote role requires working U.S.East Coast hours and LATAM-based candidates.
You will troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure, networking, and configuration issues, reproduce customer environments, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive issues to resolution.
