What You'll DoPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.Source, engage, and attract candidates through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.Conduct initial screenings and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and processes.What We're Looking ForAdvanced English (oral and written) – must have.Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting,
