Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. seeks a Supervisor to lead the Capability Center Operations for GCC General Home IT. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive quality and productivity, and coach a team to meet client SLA targets while developing talent.

You will partner with global stakeholders to deliver compliant, cost-effective operations and support Assurant’s strategic objectives in Argentina. The role requires strong leadership, HR policy understanding, and cross-functional teamwork.
