You will drive production plans, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the plant, manage KPIs, and lead cross‑functional teams to sustain high standards.

The adecuado candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 5 years in production management, with Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and SMED experience, and advanced English.
