MVA Legal Intake & Retainer Conversion Specialist
Accident Recovery Network | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | English & Spanish Speakers
Position Overview
Accident Recovery Network is seeking experienced, results-driven MVA Legal Intake & Retainer Conversion Specialists to engage prospective clients, qualify motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases, conduct inbound and outbound calls, and convert qualified leads into signed retainers and successful live transfers.
This is a sales-focused role, not simply a phone-answering or administrative intake position. Success depends on the ability to build trust quickly, follow up consistently, handle objections, overcome hesitation, and guide qualified prospects toward taking the next step in the legal representation process.
We are looking for confident communicators who understand that generating interest is only the beginning. The real value comes from moving qualified prospects through the pipeline and turning opportunities into completed intakes, successful transfers, and signed retainers.
We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants , including qualified Spanish-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish callers who can communicate naturally and confidently with prospective clients.
Candidates with a strong background in MVA, personal injury (PI), legal intake, retainer conversion, or performance-driven outbound calling are encouraged to apply.
Employment Type & Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Schedules based on availability, campaign needs, and performance requirements
- Monday through Friday, with occasional Sunday availability depending on campaign needs
- Coverage may include Eastern and Pacific Time zones
- Daytime and evening calling schedules may be available
- Consistent attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence are required
- Candidates must be available during their assigned calling and follow-up windows
Primary Responsibilities
1. Sales-Focused Intake & Client Engagement
- Handle inbound calls from prospective MVA and personal injury clients.
- Establish trust and rapport while maintaining control of the conversation.
- Ask structured questions to understand the accident, injuries, treatment, and circumstances.
- Identify qualified prospects and explain the next steps in the case-review process.
- Build confidence and help eligible prospects move forward with consultations, transfers, or retainer signing.
- Recognize opportunities to advance a qualified lead rather than simply record information and end the call.
2. Outbound Calling, Follow-Up & Conversion
- Make outbound calls to new, aged, incomplete, and previously contacted leads.
- Re-engage prospects who have not completed intake or signed their retainers.
- Follow up on unsigned agreements, missing information, and incomplete documentation.
- Handle objections, hesitation, confusion, and common concerns professionally.
- Use persuasive, empathetic communication to help qualified prospects make informed decisions about the next step.
- Follow approved call scripts and follow-up cadences while communicating naturally.
- Maintain consistent follow-up through telephone, SMS, and email where authorized.
- Work toward measurable conversion targets instead of focusing solely on call volume.
3. MVA Case Qualification
Evaluate potential cases against established qualification criteria, including:
- Accident date and applicable jurisdiction
- Liability and fault
- Injury type and severity
- Medical treatment and treatment timelines
- Gaps in medical treatment
- Insurance coverage and police-report availability
- Vehicle and property damage
- Existing attorney representation or prior attorney rejection
- Potential statute-of-limitations concerns
- Commercial vehicles, rideshare, pedestrian, motorcycle, bicycle, and hit-and-run cases
- Other campaign-specific qualification and disqualification criteria
Accurate qualification is essential. Candidates must balance conversion performance with compliance and case quality, without misrepresenting eligibility or promising legal outcomes.
4. Retainer Conversion & Live Transfers
- Guide qualified prospects through the electronic retainer-signing process.
- Explain the process and next steps clearly without providing unauthorized legal advice.
- Send retainers, forms, and required documentation.
- Confirm document receipt and completion.
- Follow up persistently on unsigned retainers.
- Facilitate warm, properly
