If you are an Art School student curious about how AI is changing the production of creative work, and would like to be part of a team that uses AI tools every day, then please get in touch. You do not need to have experience with specific tools. What matters most is that you are motivated, resourceful, and willing to figure things out, while collaborating with your team members. You must be traditionally educated, and studying for a degree in Art, Design or Film. This position is only for current students, and NOT for someone who has graduated. Tungsten is a full-service advertising agency. I started my career at the world’s leading advertising agency, J. Walter Thompson, and I am also Professor of Advertising at the University of San Francisco. We have a work environment where team members are expected to constantly learn and grow. We have all types of ongoing work including web design, print, video, online, etc. Some of the work we do is truly innovative, and enjoyable. Other work is more routine, and must be completed in a timely way. You will learn how to use AI tools across voice, music, video, image generation, prototyping, web development, and workflow automation. We will give you subscriptions to tools that include ElevenLabs, Runway, Higgsfield, Magnific, Replit, Lovable, and many others. The most valuable part of the experience will be learning how an “AI native” team works, and how technology enables it. All our clients are based in San Francisco. You will be collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team based in Buenos Aires. The team includes computer science, business, art/film, and other disciplines. You will participate in virtual meetings and gain experience of direct interaction with clients.



We would like someone to join the team who is currently a student studying for a degree, and is keen to gain work experience. The work will be a few hours every week, on a adaptable, hourly basis. We will slow down when you have exams, and speed up during breaks. The right person will build a portfolio of published work, and gain experience in interacting with real clients and teams. We also try to make it emotionally and professionally fulfilling, with high growth and new learnings every month. Please ask questions or share examples of your work.
