Optery is seeking a senior lifecycle marketing lead to own the end-to-end CRM, retention, and email programs for a subscription-based service. You will design journeys, write or direct copy, run experiments, and report on results from a remote, globally distributed team based in the United States.
You will implement campaigns in Customer.io (or similar), build in-app messaging, optimize push communications, and collaborate with analytics, product, and support to drive revenue outcomes.
