Bluelight Consulting, Llc is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing and Professional Services. The role owns pipelines from initial alignment to offer rollout in a fully remote, LatAm‑based setting.

You will build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, screen candidates for qualifications and culture fit, guide them through interviews, and maintain ATS data integrity (ADP)
