This remote-friendly role partners with COE, HR Shared Services, IT, legal, and data/privacy teams to optimize processes that affect associates worldwide.

Based in LATAM, you will own process execution, analytics, and adoption metrics across regions, with opportunities to influence compensation, performance, and benefits cycles.
