SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join our general Intelligent Support-as-a-Service team. You will investigate outages, troubleshoot backend systems, analyze logs, query production databases, and implement small fixes while escalating complex issues to Engineering.

This fully remote role offers a multicultural, multilingual environment, cooperation from the EU, and USD compensation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and incident resolution.
