Pearster is seeking a Semi Senior Financial Analyst to join a project for one of our international clients. This is a 100% remote role open to LATAM-based candidates and focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will build financial models, monitor budgets, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and provide insights to guide business decisions. The adecuado candidate brings 3+ years FP&A; experience, strong Excel, ERP familiarity, and the ability to work independently
