Proofpoint in Argentina is seeking a highly technical Tier 2/3 Technical Support Engineer to help enterprise customers troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, infrastructure, and deployment issues. This fully remote role requires LATAM-based candidates and availability to work U.S.

East Coast business hours. During onboarding you will learn the AI vision platform, work with senior engineers, and gain internal training and certification.
