Tether is hiring an AI Research Engineer focused on post-training and agentic tool-use, working remotely worldwide. You will advance models that can reason, plan, and autonomously invoke external tools on edge devices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable post-training pipelines, evaluate models, and push toward SOTA results in agentic AI. Fluency in English required.
