Virtustant is seeking a Creative Strategist to turn insights into ad concepts that convert across Meta, TikTok, and other paid socials. This fully remote, full-time role collaborates with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to test, scale, and optimize 3–5 ecommerce brands.

You’ll own the creative strategy loop from hypothesis to scale, develop data-backed hypotheses, and write clear briefs for production teams, ensuring rapid iteration and measurable results.
