Trafilea is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role in LATAM, with compensation in USD, based on experience. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for higher education and nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaigns.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and advance reporting systems across projects.
