The Associate SH&E; Specialist supports the Customer Qualifications team by providing timely and accurate responses to customer safety requirements across multiple North American divisions. This role partners with SH&E; professionals and other internal stakeholders to support customer inquiries, safety documentation, and employee training requirements through third-party prequalification platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the shared mailbox and provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions related to safety and corporate programs.
- Partner with the Customer Qualifications team and internal stakeholders to address customer requests and escalate questions when needed.
- Maintain safety documentation, supporting materials, and SOPs, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support a portfolio of third-party prequalification accounts and assist with issue resolution.




- Enroll employees in customer-specific training through third-party platforms and communicate training requirements.
- Support the management of insurance documentation and other customer requirements.
- Assist with projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Analytics and Operational Excellence COE.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Health & Safety, Administrative Support, or a related area.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
