About the job Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist — Córdoba, Argentina Company: Assetara Limited ( https://assetara.ai/ ) Role: Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist (Córdoba, Argentina) Department: HR Employment Type: Part-Time / Independent Contractor Compensation: $70.00 USD per week ($280.00 USD per month) Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating schedules, and conducting first-round video interviews for a wide range of international positions. You will represent Assetara Limited on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report directly to top management. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Job Posting: Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms. Inbound Application Management: Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.



Interview Scheduling: Communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to set up interview slots aligned with their respective time zones. Video Interviewing & Recording: Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day (Monday to Friday, ~10–15 interviews per week). Recording every video interview is strictly mandatory as part of your reporting to leadership. Daily Reporting & Planning: Maintain accurate daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit structured daily reports.
