MEDLIFE is seeking a hands-on Talent Development Team Lead to build leaders, culture and performance systems. You will design and run core talent programs, support development plans, and oversee Talent Acquisition and People Administration, reporting to the Founder and collaborating with the Leadership team.

You will define KPIs, create scorecards, run 1:1s and performance reviews, while advancing MEDLIFE's mission and values.
