Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile Freelance Marketing Designer with strong graphic design, web design, and digital publishing skills to produce visual assets across digital, print, and social channels.
This is an independent contractor role that covers both larger projects and smaller tasks with quick turnaround times.
You will take creative briefs and turn them into finished assets, from web graphics and diagrams to trade show materials, and publish content directly to the company website.
The ideal candidate is self-directed, solves problems without heavy oversight, and is comfortable with modern AI-assisted creative workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign web graphics, video thumbnails, iconography, promotional images, and illustrations for the website and social media based on provided briefsSource and edit images for use across web, email, and social channels while following brand guidelinesCreate diagrams and visual explainers to support product and marketing contentExport production-ready files in JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector formatsDesign business cards, brochures, banners, signage, and booth materials for trade showsPrepare print-ready files that meet vendor specifications, including bleed, color profile, and resolutionPublish and format articles and blog posts in WordPress, including images and layoutManage and organize digital assets within the website and content systemsSubmit work for review and revision before publication or print,



and flag questions, risks, or delays earlyRequired QualificationsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignProven experience publishing and managing assets in WordPressAbility to build a webpage from a wireframeA portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design workAbility to work independently on a per-need basis without daily oversight, and to take an open-ended brief through to a finished assetComfortable following brand and style guidelines across a wide range of asset typesStrong written and spoken English with a clear, professional communication styleMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
