Swell is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator for a regulated DTC consumer brand.
Based in Austin, TX or remote with 9-5 CT overlap, you'll build outbound campaigns and wire together search, email, retention, referral programs, and partnerships with the two founders.You'll use Claude Code to automate tasks, create AI-assisted visuals, and own email/SMS, subscription retention, and search/content initiatives, while keeping campaigns within brand and regulatory boundaries.
