PetDesk is seeking an Operations Support Engineer 3 to join our remote team. You will diagnose and resolve complex VoIP, SIP, and PBX issues across multi-site client networks, manage ticket queues, and document solutions to help the wider team scale.

This 100% remote contract is based in Latin America with availability aligned to North American business hours. Strong English communication and practical networking skills are essential.
