Job Description: Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant - Argentina
Role Summary
We're hiring a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant with strong experience in RICEW components, interfaces, data conversion, reporting, and extensions.
The consultant will design and develop technical solutions, support integrations and conversions, and work closely with functional teams and client stakeholders across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.
Experience
3-7 years of relevant Oracle EBS technical experience, preferably in Release 12 (R12)
Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support engagements
Hands-on experience developing RICEW components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows
Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, and concurrent programs
Experience with Oracle APIs, open interfaces, interface tables, and data migration utilities
Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Web ADI, SOA/integration technologies, or EBS 12.2 development standards is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical design documents
Design, develop, test, and support RICEW components and custom EBS solutions




Develop inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle APIs, open interfaces, interface tables, and standard integration methods
Build and support data conversion programs, reports, concurrent programs, workflows, forms, and extensions
Perform unit testing, support SIT and UAT, troubleshoot defects, and complete root-cause analysis
Follow Oracle EBS development, coding, migration, and documentation standards
Coordinate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams through deployment and production support
Skills
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and AOL components
Strong SQL and PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and debugging skills
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, Workflow, concurrent processing, APIs, and open interfaces
Understanding of Oracle EBS technical objects across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or HCM modules
Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting and source-code or migration tools is desirable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
English required; Spanish is a plus for Argentina- based client work
Open to client-site travel
