Praxy is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) to turn insights into ad concepts that convert. This fully remote, full-time role supports US/Canada-based accounts, collaborating with creators, editors, designers, and managers to scale winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You will own the creative strategy loop from hypothesis to scale, lead testing for multiple brands, and deliver data-backed creative direction. A strong portfolio and measurable results are expected.
