About CareStacker

CareStacker provides remote scheduling, recruiting, and operational support to home care agencies in the US. Our team in Argentina works side by side with U.S. home care offices, helping them keep caregivers and clients connected so that care is delivered on time, every day.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Bilingual Recruiting & Scheduling Specialist to support a U.S. home care office. You will work as part of the office team, managing caregiver schedules, keeping visits covered, and being a clear and friendly point of contact on the phone.

Most of the day is scheduling, coordination, and phone communication in English with caregivers, clients, their families, and office staff. A smaller part of the role supports caregiver recruiting: following up with applicants and scheduling their interviews.

No home care experience is required. We provide full training on the office’s processes and systems, and you will work with support from the office manager and our team.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and update caregiver schedules in the office’s scheduling platform.
- Find coverage when a caregiver calls off, and confirm schedule changes with caregivers and clients.
- Make and receive calls, texts, and messages in English with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
- Monitor visit check-ins and check-outs, and follow up when something is missing or late.
- Keep records, notes, and contact attempts accurate and up to date.
- Follow up with caregiver applicants and schedule interviews and orientations.

- Spot scheduling conflicts or missing information early and resolve them, or escalate them to the office when a decision is needed.
- Document sensitive situations clearly and escalate them following the office’s procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent spoken English (minimum C1), with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Experience in scheduling, virtual assistance, customer support, patient coordination, or other call-based or administrative roles.
- Strong organization and attention to detail; you keep track of many moving pieces and close every loop.
- Accountability: you own your work, follow through on commitments, and communicate early when something changes.
- Good judgment about what you can solve on your own and what needs to be escalated.
- Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
- A quiet home workspace, a reliable computer, a headset, and a stable internet connection.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience working for a U.S.-based company or with U.S. clients.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or patient scheduling.
- Familiarity with scheduling, CRM, or phone platforms.
- Experience in a high-volume or fast-moving environment.

What We Offer

- 100% remote work from anywhere in Argentina.
- Monthly compensation paid in USD.
- Full training in home care scheduling and operations.
- Hands-on experience working with a U.S. healthcare company.
- Direct support from the office team and CareStacker.
- Room to grow as CareStacker expands its operations.

How to apply: ONLY CVs in English will be considered.
