CJA Architect & SME

Contract Position without any benefits

Role Overview

Serves as the primary bridge between data analytics and web/app engineering teams—translating business requirements into technical specs, maintaining the Solution Design

Reference (SDR), and governing CJA Data Views and Connections. Also owns Adobe Target test setup and A4T reporting.

Key Responsibilities

● Analytics Architecture & Specs: Author technical tracking specs for web/mobile engineering; own and maintain the SDR.

● CJA Management: Build and optimize CJA connections and data views (~13 existing);

onboard new sources (e.g., DEM, email, push data).

●

● Data Reconciliation: Define weekly CJA vs. warehouse order data reconciliation rules/thresholds and hand off execution to QA.

●

● Adobe Target Ownership: Manage Target test setup, audiences, traffic splits,



and A4T reporting (~1 test/quarter).

●

● Stakeholder Consultation: Advise analytics/CRM teams on segments, events, and new platform capabilities.

●

Must-Have Qualifications

● 6+ years in digital analytics, with 2+ years hands-on in CJA (or strong Adobe Analytics background with a proven CJA transition).

●

● Experience writing web/app tracking specs and managing an SDR.

●

● Hands-on proficiency configuring CJA connections, data views, and AEP schemas/identities.

●

● Working knowledge of Adobe Launch, Web/Mobile SDKs, Adobe Target, and A4T.

●

● SQL proficiency for backend data validation.

●

● Strong stakeholder communication skills.
