Creative Designer - Remote Hoy Creative & Design Specialist Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote, Worldwide

Schedule: Adaptable Role Overview micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. You’ll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.

Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement. Scope of Work - Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance .

- Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism .
- Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
- Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.




- Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
- Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
- Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Required Skills - Graphic Design - Video Editing - Motion Graphics - UI/UX Design - Figma - Canva - Adobe After Effects - DaVinci Resolve - CorelDRAW - CLO3D - Camtasia - Adobe Lightroom - Mural / Milanote - AI Training / Human Data Evaluation - Attention to Detail Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.

- Proficiency with relevant creative applications;

experience with comparable tools is welcome.

- Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work , including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
