Responsibilities Of The Role

- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and general information about solar services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Work with team members to provide a smooth client experience.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage referrals through great service.
- Support customers by phone, email, or chat.
- Explain processes, timelines, and solar information clearly and kindly.
- Update client records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Send complex issues to the correct department.

Required Experience And Qualifications





- Previous experience in customer service or a call center is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
