About Hauler Hero

Hauler Hero is building the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers across the United States. We help essential businesses run dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and driver operations in one modern platform.

We are looking for a highly organized, commercially minded Field & Events Manager to own our trade-show and events program across the United States and Canada.

Important: This is a remote contractor role for candidates based in Argentina. It requires travel to selected U.S. trade shows several times per year. Hauler Hero covers approved travel costs.

The role

You will own each event end to end: deciding which shows are worth attending, securing early-bird pricing and booth placement, managing vendors and logistics, executing selected events on site, and ensuring every lead is followed up quickly.

This is not only an event-logistics role. You will treat each event as a business investment and measure its contribution to leads, pipeline, and closed-won revenue.

What you’ll own

- Build and maintain the annual U.S. and Canada events calendar.
- Research and evaluate trade shows, conferences, and regional association events.
- Recommend clear go/no-go decisions based on audience fit, cost, and historical results.
- Secure registrations, sponsorships, and booth space early to maximize budget efficiency.
- Own event budgets, deadlines, travel, shipping, storage, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate booth graphics, handouts,



and presentations with the design team.
- Travel to selected U.S. events to set up and staff the booth, book meetings, and capture leads.
- Ensure leads are entered into HubSpot, tagged correctly, and handed to Sales within 48 hours.
- Report event results: spend, leads, pipeline, and closed-won revenue.

What we’re looking for

- 2-5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, trade-show management, or event production.
- Strong written and spoken English; confidence interacting face to face with U.S. customers.
- Based in Argentina.
- A valid U.S. visa or the ability to travel to the United States several times per year.
- Demonstrated experience managing trade-show logistics, vendors, travel, shipping, and event budgets.
- Strong project-management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A polished, outgoing, and professional presence at events.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, Notion, and spreadsheets.
- Availability during core U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

- B2B SaaS or technology events experience.
- Experience in waste, recycling, logistics, transportation, field services, or public works.
- Experience with freight, booth shipping, and storage vendors.
- Sponsorship or speaking-session negotiation experience.
- Experience measuring event ROI in a CRM.

Compensation and work style

- Remote contractor role, based in Argentina.
- Full-time.
- USD 3,500-4,500 per month, paid in USD.
- U.S. travel expenses are covered separately by Hauler Hero.
- Final offer depends on experience, event track record, and interview performance.
