What you’ll do

- Recommend products or services that are a good fit.

- Explain features, benefits, pricing, and next steps in a clear and helpful way.

- Respond to questions and address concerns professionally.

- Follow up with leads and customers to support their decisions.

- Keep customer records and sales activity organized and up to date.

- Work with teammates to provide smooth service from first contact to sale.

- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Stay informed about the products, services, and current offers.
