Paired is seeking experienced Lifecycle & Retention Growth Strategists to own customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives for multiple fast-growing e-commerce clients. This remote role focuses on email/SMS, subscriptions, journeys, and experiments to improve revenue, engagement, and lifetime value. You will work with international teams, lead cross-functional collaborators, and leverage AI tools to optimize campaigns.
