I’m helping Scale Nearshoring find a top candidate to join their team part-time for the role of Senior Project Manager – Transformation Projects .

You will drive strategic technology implementation by leading complex cross-functional projects.

What makes you a strong candidate:

- You have +5 years experience in Project management.
- You are proficient in Stakeholder management, Risk management, IT project management, Digital transformation.
- English
- Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from initiation through closure.
- Build, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and milestones in ServiceNow SPM.




- Drive execution by securing commitments, following up on action items, and holding owners accountable in a firm and constructive way.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, including agenda development, decisions, and next steps.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping messaging simple and relevant.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, security, and compliance.
- Provide concise, action-oriented status updates focused on progress, blockers, and decisions needed.

This role will primarily focus on software and technology implementation projects, AI-enabled initiatives, security and compliance projects, and internal process improvement and transformation efforts.
