Magic is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America GTM functions, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other GTM roles. 100% Remote (Latam based). You will own assigned pipelines from hiring manager alignment through to offer rollout, with sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. You will screen candidates, guide interviews, and maintain ATS data integrity, including ADP.
