Your Responsibilities

The Community Manager plays a key role in property operations and resident satisfaction. Key duties include:

- Lead and manage all on-site team members and vendors
- Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations and all company policies




- Oversee daily property operations and financial performance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy
- Drive resident satisfaction and retention programs
- Prepare and manage budgets and operational reports
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents

What We're Looking For:

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring

- Experience in property management (Tax Credit experience is required)
- A track record of successful leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software (preferred)
- Confidence using MS Office and standard office equipment
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering results
