This position is waiting for you!This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires officeAon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look like- Manage the end-to-end handling of claims within the reinsurance scope, ensuring timely and accurate processing.- Receive, register, and maintain claims notifications and related documentation in internal systems.- Analyze coverage in accordance with contractual terms and conditions of reinsurance agreements.- Notify reinsurers in a timely manner and provide all required supporting information and documentation.- Input, update, and maintain accurate claim and recovery information across internal systems and tools.- Prepare and issue settlements in line with the applicable reinsurance contract terms and conditions.- Issue instructions for allocations, recoveries, and payments to the corresponding internal areas.- Monitor and follow up on payments and recoveries from reinsurers, escalating issues when needed.- Maintain effective, professional relationships with insurance companies, reinsurers, brokers, and clients.- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal,



and Commercial teams to support claim resolution and operational accuracy.- Adhere to and complete mandatory corporate training programs and internal compliance requirements.How this opportunity is differentTake advantage of the opportunity to be part of an integrated team, having contact with different internal, multicultural teams and various learning and development possibilities!Skills and experience that will lead to success- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret contractual documentation and resolve problems.- Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve claims and reinsurance processes.- Ability to work autonomously under general supervision, exercising sound professional judgment.- Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills to manage complex and sensitive situations.- Proficiency in standard office tools and claim management systems (e.g., Excel and claims administration platforms).- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within the insurance and/or reinsurance market, ideally in claims, operations,



or customer service.- Advanced students or near graduates in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields.- Previous experience in brokers, insurance companies, or reinsurers is valued, as well as knowledge of operational and contractual processes in the re/insurance industry.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
