Join us!What theSenior Recruiterdoes at WorldwideWhat you will do- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition through offer acceptance- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations- Support offer development, background checks,



and onboarding activities- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors- Analyze recruiting data and support process improvement initiatives- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team membersWhat you will bring to the role- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality- Good ‘selling’ qualities (ability to represent WCT as a first class potential employer and to enhance the public image of WCT as an employer)- Ability to drive the recruitment process (assertiveness when required with hiring managers)Your experience- Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience- Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience- Demonstrated core competencies required for the role including communication, organization, relationship management, and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Prior recruitment experience within a corporate or agency environment is considered an advantage- Experience working within Workday ATS, a plusWe love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to enabling professionals from all backgrounds and experiences to succeed and, to that end, we prioritize attracting diverse talent and cultivating an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
