Job Title: Marketing Coordinator / Client Communications CoordinatorLocation: Remote- LATAMSchedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm MST (Fridays are flexible; work is typically wrapped by 12-1pm)Salary Range: $1,500-$3,000 USD/month, depending on experienceWe’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support client communication, task management, and day-to-day execution across marketing initiatives. This role is adecuado for someone who is extremely organized, a strong communicator in English, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive.You’ll work closely with the partners and internal teams to keep projects moving, ensure clients feel supported, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication:- Draft clear, professional, and friendly client updates and follow-ups- Ensure clients receive timely responses and updates- Help maintain a positive, “bubbly but polished” client experienceTask & Project Coordination:- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts- Ensure details are documented accurately and followed through- Coordinate internally to keep projects on schedule- Flag risks, delays,
