with comfort operating in or transitioning toward spec-driven and AI-assisted SDLC environments. - Exceptional ability to reason through complex business logic, identify edge cases, and produce precise written specifications, paired with a strong technical foundation and a knack for translating concepts into language business and tech roles can understand. - Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES - Loyalty product, program, or industry experience strongly preferred; familiarity with accounting ledger concepts, real-time decisioning systems, or rules engines is a plus. - Familiarity with UX research and best practices a plus.
