Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to support exits for external employees, ensuring legal compliance and delightful client service. You will provide first-level Employee Relations guidance, coordinate resources, and drive improvements in lifecycle processes. You will work in a fast-paced, asynchronous, international team, reporting to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle.
