Job Description
This role is for a Head of Recruitment. You will work with different departments to understand their hiring needs. You will also plan hiring volumes for each quarter and determine the number of people needed. You will need to make decisions and potentially manage the current recruiters. - Plan hiring volume for each quarter.
- Determine the number of people needed each quarter.
- Make hiring decisions.
- Potentially manage current recruiters. Required Experience And Qualifications
- 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience as a sourcer. Preferred Skills
- Experience as an HR Business Partner. Personality
- Decisive. Software & Tools
- CRM tools. Schedule Full-time (9-6 PST). Salary And Benefits
- Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
