Paired is seeking a Head of Retention to strengthen its subscription-led home-care brand. The role focuses on reducing churn, maximizing customer lifetime value, and driving recurring revenue through data-driven lifecycle marketing across email and SMS.
You will own retention initiatives, collaborate with marketing and leadership, and optimize subscription flows for a general, remote team. US-based applicants are preferred, but qualified international contractors may also be considered.
