Job Description

You will create a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will also manage automations within the CRM. This role requires you to lead development efforts.

Responsibilities Of The Role

- Design and build a new CRM system.
- Manage and improve CRM automations.
- Lead development projects and mentor other developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Ensure the CRM system is scalable and maintainable.

Required Experience And Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience building and managing CRM systems.
- Experience with automation tools and workflows.
- Experience leading development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.





Preferred Skills

- Experience with specific CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
